FULL OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. OPEN TO ALL LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING D.C.), WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 6/28/09 AND ENDS 7/27/09. TO ENTER: Log on to WrigleysFlipTop.com between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 6/28/09 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/27/09 and follow the instructions posted on screen OR on a 3" x 5" card, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code, signature and date of birth and mail it in an envelope to: Wm. Wrigley Jr. Flip the Top Up & Go Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3023, Rogers, MN 55374-3023. Official Entry Forms must be legible and completed in full to be valid. Each mail-in entry must be completed and mailed in a separate envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 7/27/09 and received by 8/1/09. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, torn, altered, illegible or postage-due entries or entries with incomplete information. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/27/09. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day regardless of method of entry. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 6/28/09 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/27/09.
2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2010 Ford Mustang convertible (make and model to be selected by Sponsor in it sole discretion). The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for the payment of taxes to the relevant taxing authorities for all federal, state, and local income taxes and any other taxes associated with the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will be issued a Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service, (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $30,000.00). ARV of Grand Prize based on a 2009 convertible vehicle model. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all other costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, car title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer preparation, emissions inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle, including, without limitation to, any travel or transportation costs associated with transferring and/or winning of the vehicle as applicable. Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle, including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Grand Prize winner must possess a current, valid, driver’s license and must present such license and proof of valid car insurance in order to take possession of the vehicle. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner may choose to receive a cash alternative prize of USD $15,000.00 to be awarded in the form of a check. In the event the Grand Prize winner elects to take the cash alternative in lieu of the vehicle, the Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging and accepting the cash equivalent, if elected. In no way can the vehicle prize and the cash alternative be combined. FIRST PRIZES (50): Fifty (50) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) $50 gas gift card selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor. (ARV of each First Prize: $50.00). SECOND PRIZES (50): Fifty (50) Second Prize Winners will each receive one $25 Walgreens gift card. (ARV of each Second Prize: $25.00). Gift cards are subject to federal, state and local regulations and restrictions. TOTAL ARV of all Prizes: $33,750.00. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, with respect to any prize or any part thereof. No cash alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes shall be permitted, except at the sole discretion Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Please allow 8–10 weeks for prize delivery. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or address.
3. PRIZE DRAWING: Potential prizewinners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 8/24/09, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Fulfillment agent will attempt to notify each potential winner by mail on or about 8/28/09. Each prizewinner will be contacted at the address listed on his/her Official Entry Form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release plus any additional documentation required by the vehicle dealership. First Prize winners will each be required to complete an Address Confirmation Letter. Grand Prize and First Prize winners’ documents must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt or the prizewinner will be disqualified and, if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Second Prizes will be mailed directly to the address provided by entrant at time of entry. If prize is returned undelivered, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries.

Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor and Walgreen Co., and each of their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Walgreen Co., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors, transmission defaults or interruptions related to computers, software, servers, or telephone or network lines; (c) computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants; (d) printing or typographical errors; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) late, lost or undeliverable mail, e-mail or shipments; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of a prize.
6. GENERAL: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned; or if this Sweepstakes becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the game and/or processing of entries in accordance with these full Official Rules for any reason; or if tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, without obligation. In the event Sponsor does so, Sponsor shall post notice thereof on the Sweepstakes Web site. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated prematurely, all eligible entries received prior to termination will be eligible for the prize drawing. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage, interfere with, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these full Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
